Returns, Exchanges & Sizing
Returns and exchanges are handled exclusively through Printify. Printify will only accept a return or replacement in the case of an accidental purchase or a defective/damaged product. Returns are NOT accepted for sizing issues. All sizing information is provided on the product listing — please review size charts carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the sizing information and accept full responsibility for your size selection. Emotional Roots is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect sizing. For fulfillment issues, damaged items, or order questions, please contact Printify directly through their support channels.
Digital Downloads & Products
Digital products purchased through our Stan Store are for personal use only. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the file is defective or inaccessible. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
